1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TASTYY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the app.

2. Eligibility

TASTYY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. We may also limit or restrict access to the app without prior notice.

4. Use of the App

Permitted Use:
TASTYY is intended for personal, non-commercial use, except in the case of businesses utilizing our promotional services. You may use the app to explore places, submit content, and interact with other users as long as you comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to misuse the app in any way. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content, including offensive language, defamatory statements, or content promoting illegal activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, servers, or other usersā€™ accounts.
  • Distribute malware, engage in denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise disrupt the functionality of the app.
  • Use automated tools (such as bots) to interact with the app, unless authorized by TASTYY.
  • Exploit the app for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

Submission of Content:
You may submit content, such as reviews, photos, and suggestions for new places, as long as it complies with our content guidelines. By submitting content, you grant TASTYY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the app.

Content Standards:
Content you submit must not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, contain defamatory or obscene material, or otherwise violate these Terms of Use. TASTYY reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content at our discretion, including content that violates these standards.

Ownership of Content:
You retain ownership of your content, but by sharing it on TASTYY, you grant us the rights outlined above. You understand that TASTYY is not obligated to remove your content upon your request unless required by law.

6. Business Listings and Promotions

Business Use:
If you represent a business, you may use TASTYY to create listings and promote your restaurant or cafƩ, including events, offers, and special deals. You are responsible for ensuring that all business-related information, including pricing, availability, and promotions, is accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibility for Content:
TASTYY is not responsible for the accuracy or content of business listings. Any disputes or issues arising from inaccurate listings must be resolved between the user and the business.

7. Payments and Premium Features

Paid Services:
TASTYY offers premium services, such as the ability to promote your business by marking it as ā€œTopā€ on the platform. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By using these services, you agree to Stripeā€™s terms and conditions.

Refunds:
Payments for premium features are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event of technical issues, contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of TASTYY Content:
All intellectual property rights in and to TASTYY, including the appā€™s design, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by or licensed to TASTYY. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Content:
TASTYY may contain links to or display content from third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, and your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TASTYY is provided on an ā€œas isā€ and ā€œas availableā€ basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app, including but not limited to its reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee that the app will be free from bugs, errors, or security issues, and you use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TASTYY and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of TASTYY after the changes go into effect signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TASTYY will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the country where TASTYY is based.

13. Termination

TASTYY reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your rights to use TASTYY will cease immediately.
